At your local postal office, have your mail forwarded to your new address, or do it online at www.canadapost.ca

Inform the following companies and institutions about your new address:
Employers
Your children’s school
Government services, if relevant (CRA, EI, CPP)
Driver’s license, vehicle registration, health card
Banks
Insurance companies – car, health, property
Hydro, utilities, cable, phone and internet providers
Credit card companies
Doctor and dentist offices
Any subscriptions – magazines, newspapers and catalogues
Family and friends
TIP: Many companies now offer the convenience of changing address information online.
